By default, we do not offer free refunds for any of our services. Our services are provided on a pre-paid basis, and all sales are final.

4. Processing: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-15 business days after the evaluation is complete.

Conditional Refunds

If a specific contract between you and Email Ethos Agency includes an explicit guarantee and refund policy, we will honor the refund if the conditions stipulated in the contract have been met. Please refer to the terms outlined in your specific contract for more details.
