The Problem

Wellbots possessed a robust customer service team and supply chain but suffered from an ineffective email system. After disappointing experiences with other agencies, they sought a dedicated team to revitalize their email system and unlock its full potential. Their email marketing, relying on basic Klaviyo flows and outdated designs, contributed just 12% to their revenue. They needed a partner to enhance communication across customer journey stages for stronger relationships.

Key Strategies

Advance Splits and Verticals

    Identifying and prioritizing product categories by sales volume was our first step, focusing on high-demand items like power stations and pool cleaners. We implemented advanced category-based splits across key flows and campaigns, ensuring content relevance and engagement.

    Design and Copy Revamp

      Facing the challenge of a missing brand guide, we initiated a branding overhaul from the ground up. By establishing key reference brands and a cohesive design language, we crafted a new visual identity that mirrored Wellbots' values and market positioning.       Product-Interested Based Targeting

        Understanding the diverse interests of Wellbots' audience, we devised targeted campaigns for specific product categories, achieving remarkable engagement rates, including a CTR of up to 15%. This approach not only emphasized best-sellers but also brought attention to other popular categories, significantly boosting product visibility and sales.

        Campaign Innovations

        With a list exceeding 180,000, including 50,000 engaged users, we redefined the campaign strategy to encompass brand promotions, regional holidays, and segmented campaigns. By sending 3–4 carefully crafted campaigns a week, we maintained high deliverability and engagement, continuously refining our approach through split-testing for optimal results. These campaigns, now more strategic and targeted, substantially increased revenue.

        Completely overhauling every flow, we introduced a new design language and copy, tailored to Wellbots' brand identity and customer needs.

        Welcome Series

          Revamping the welcome series was pivotal. By enriching the initial offer and crafting a series of five engaging emails, we showcased various brand aspects, significantly improving monthly revenue and engagement metrics. This flow became a cornerstone of our strategy, welcoming and warming new leads effectively.

          Abandon Checkout

            We transformed the abandoned checkout flow with personalized offers and content, tailored by product category and cart value. This nuanced approach catered to high AOV customers, resulting in a flow that generated over $130K monthly, standing as a testament to our strategic and personalized email marketing efforts.

              We applied similar strategic depth to the browse abandonment and cart flows, employing best-seller prioritization and rigorous split-testing to enhance engagement and conversions. These flows were meticulously designed to capture and convert interest at critical decision points, contributing significantly to overall revenue.

              Customer Thank You Flow

                Our customer thank you flow, segmented by purchase history, played a crucial role in fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases. By expressing genuine gratitude and offering tailored recommendations, we reinforced the value of each customer's choice, enhancing their connection with the brand.
